Any citizen wishing to construct a building, renovate an old building, or make repairs to it is required to obtain a building permit. To do so, they must provide the following documents:
- Application on plain paper signed by the license applicant or his representative (2 copies)
- A certificate of ownership, a ruling of entitlement, or other document proving that the plot of land on which the building is to be built is his property. (2 copies)
- Technical instructions card issued by the administration and signed by the architect designing the project. (2 copies)
- Technical instructions card issued by the administration and signed by the architect designing the project. (2 copies)
- Construction project in five isotopes. (5 isotopes)
- Receipt of filing the personal income tax or corporate tax declaration. (5 copies)
- Certificate of payment of taxes imposed on the property owner.
- A technical study of the thermal efficiency of buildings intended for collective housing and buildings intended for offices with an area exceeding 500 m2, prepared by an architect or a design office and approved by an inspectorate office licensed by the Ministry of Equipment and Housing.
